Love the idea about figuring out how to glaze something you are unsure of. Great idea! “Knowing what you don’t and would never do is 1/2 way to understanding what you would do!”
hi
is it already dipped in glaze or do you spray glaze it over
thnx
That is my first question also.
looving..
what wax resist do you like?
I love you Linda! This makes me smile:)
Thank you Linda. I just ordered your DVDS /claps hands.

Hey! Fancy seeing you here! This was a great video wasn’t it!!!
Gosh this is soooooooo helpful!
I didnt understand
when you used wax before applying base color(blue) on designs?
Doğa Çam she covered the painted design with wax, then applied the base color on the rest of the piece
Great video!thank you for posting. especially the part about makina a big piece and not knowing how to decorate after.exactly what i’m going through!!!
This was NO HELP AT ALL! no explanation of what you were using, what glazes.. appart from watching you paint pretty pictures there was no technical advice!?!?
The title of video “Pottery Video: Majolica DECORATING TECHNIQUE & DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS for a Cheerful Ewer. If you want more information go to ceramicartsnetwork.org and i believe that Linda and other artists will inform you about what mediums they use.
Yes this is more about planning and executing a design than actual technique, there is some very good advice here if you see it from the design angle. Great video I thought.👍
so…this was bisqued, then dipped in Matt white..then decorated? or was it fired before painting on the flowers?
You have a nice hand. Your strokes flow.
