這應該是BBC很早期拍的紀錄片，有點晚才看到這部紀錄片。
作為一個陶瓷史研究人員，我覺得是一部很棒的紀錄片。
影片主要討論中國陶瓷對於歐洲的影響，不過還是側重在英國的部分。
內容相當有趣，而且非常的紮實。就一個科普的紀錄片，可以認識到多貿易陶瓷的知識。
我覺得紮實的部分在於，中國國內運銷的部分。從十七世紀開始，景德鎮將產品運銷出去，總共有三條路。
一條是走長江，可以通到蘇杭一帶；一條是到福建的漳州出港；還有一條是到福建。影片中，則介紹了從鄱陽湖出發後，
往南經過梅嶺，最後抵達廣州的路線。主持人也全程將這條路線走了一遍，相當有誠意啊！！
影片中提到的東印度公司，是指英國東印度公司在十八世紀運銷瓷器的狀態。但我覺得比較可惜的是，
十八世紀以後，多數出口瓷器是運到廣東加彩，然後在運銷至歐洲。這部分沒有提到，有點可惜。
最後，影片中討論到瓷器的寓意，有一部分是沒問題的，但有一部分我不認為是如他們所說那樣。
但總體而言，是一部非常好的介紹18世紀中英陶瓷冒易的影片。

翻譯可以再做好一點。傳統來說，Canton就是廣東/ 廣州的譯名，音譯何來對錯之分。何況發音還會因時代的轉變而有所不同，不能因為現在普遍使用拼音就說其他標音是錯的吧。
